You need the ressurection shrine in order to let this work. So, if Kurzick's are holding Vasburg Armory, you need more Kurzick faction. It ís doable without the shrine, but it's really hard... :/
There are 3 groups that will be on your way:
1 The Group of the Scar Eater (2 Moss Dragons, 1 Undergrowth, 2 Stone Scale Kirin, himself)
2 A patrolling group you should avoid (patrol-line on picture below)
(the red line is the route of the patrol group)
3 A group of 3 Oni that CAN spawn
Ok, here's how it goes:
First you go past the ressurection shrine, then run past the patrolling group (if its there already) then go left (hug the wall!). Check for any Oni around, and if they're there, run, run like the Devil is behind you. run towards the ressurection shrine, and hide behind the wall on your right. This will make the Oni attack the Kurzick Guards and the Priest. This will work with 1-2 SS+desecrate/defile enchantment.
Go back to where you were. try to aggro/pull the group of the scar eater.
It is this group, and you should aggro with the 'wall' between you and them. If you've done this correct, they will follow you. Go towards the shrine and hide behind the wall on your right. Make shure that you're not in aggrorange of the Dragon Moss'es, beaouse their spells are pretty devistating.
Kill the meelee baddies (the Kirin's+the undergrowth). Make sure that all the Kurzicks are dead.(Merchant will still be alive, because the coward keeps running)
Now comes the funny part.... you're still in range of the scar eater, but behind a wall so he won't hit you.
Cast Spirit Shackles on him.
then cast SS, reckless haste, spirit of failure (for your energy management) and price of failure. then Desecrete+Defile, and repeat the whole thing.
because you're behind a wall, his attacks WILL miss, and WILL trigger spirit+price of failure. This will kill him, because he keeps attacking throug spirit shackles, so his energy is most of the time 0-5.
I really hope this is of use, because this is my first guide, and one of my first posts...

Still I have the problem that the scar eater's group wont follow me to the shrine... The only solution I have found for this is rezoneing...

Maybe bring in Parasitic Bond?

I use Vamp. Gaze, because it gives me some health back when I'm suddenly the target of the meelee friends of The Scar Eater... I need some health back, so I live long enough to let the priest do its work. I understand that Par. Bond is a better heal, but it will never come at precisely the right time imo, so Its Gaze for me.
PS: I use Gaze to draw aggro, and keep it. =P

one problem....if npc deals most the dmg or it kills it u wont get the drop

That's why you only need to kill the meelee baddies (Kirin+Undergrowth). The Dragon Mosses+The Scar Eater will kill the Kurzick Guards most of the time. Sometime this takes a while because the Kurzicks have their priest still alive.
PS: this build works fine on Byzzr..

I think its a good build, but i have a problem to kill him, because everytime all kurzicks are dead but the group is still alive, so they kill me ^^
I tried hard to kill the meelee baddies, but they are very fast by killing the kurzicks.

also works for stonereap and stone wraith
this build works great a little like hide and seek
i used it agianst stone reaper and stone wraith as well
worked like a charm
